Construct publications about the association, advertise events like tryouts, registration, meetings, and fundraisers. This committee will maintain the website and organize fmail and email distributions.

Recruitment, selection, education, and retention of the coaching cadre. This committee along with the coaches will also select teams at tryouts.

Maintain equipment and first-aid supplies and inventories, and organize the ordering of equipment, balls, uniforms, and warm-ups.

Determine the annual operating budget and monitor the revenue and expenditures of the association.

Fundraising

Organize tournaments including concessions, site management, collection registration and admission fees, and seeking outside sponsorship as a possibility.

Determine practice dates and times. reserve facilities and select the competition venues and tournaments for the season.
